Dynamic Building Limited was established in November 2018 by Ethan Adams in Taranaki for Taranaki

Dynamic Building is a passionate, exciting and positive thinking team. We focus on achieving positive customer interactions everywhere we go!

Thats right, we may build homes but it is important that you are always allowed on site! It’s your investment so you have the right to see exactly where every dollar is being spent. It’s a tremendously large investment, and we take it seriously. We keep our jobs perfectly tidy so you can come on site anytime! When you come on site one of our employees will personally chaperone you and make sure all your needs are taken care of.

We have a small range of concept house plans for the type of customer who’s prepared to spend a little bit extra then normal, or if not call us and we will arrange for our architect to put together a concept plan for only $330 specific to your requirements.

All of our plans Have a Halo 10 year residential guarantee, this is so you can build with peace of mind.

This cover provides you with a safety net for your building project that’s only available when you work with a highly qualified New Zealand Certified builder.

A Halo 10-Year Residential Guarantee protects you after the building process, and for the next 10 years.
It provides much greater protection than both the Building Act and Consumer Guarantees Act. While the vast majority of building projects will run smoothly, sometimes things do go wrong. The guarantee provides protection when these issues arise. It may also be that your builder stops working as a builder during the 10 years after completion. The guarantee is there to protect your housing investment.

Regardless of what happens in the future, your Halo Guarantee will be there to help you for the next full 10 years following completion – it’s peace of mind, guaranteed.

Unlike Registered Master Builders, New Zealand Certified Builders (NZCB) have to be trade qualified, Why is this? NZCB wanted to create a group that would protect homeowners from unqualified builders and unethical practices. Members must have a high level of standards, a good name and reputation, No disputes with their customers and must be able to maintain their business stability and solvency. With strict entry criteria you are assured that you are being looked after by a professional builder.
